A Short History of the New Hampshire State Flag
The New Hampshire State flag was officially adopted in 1909, before which, various military flags had been used. The design of the flag consists of the State Seal at the center over a blue background with a wreath of alternating yellow stars and leaves circling the Seal.
It has been reported that an unnamed elected official has proposed that the flag be changed to depict the famous natural landmark that was destroyed in 2003, "The Old Man of the Mountain", but there doesn't seem to have been much interest generated.
